Provided economic expertise in the cost-effectiveness mechanisms of the IMCI (Integrated Management of childhood Illnesses) strategy in Armenia.

Participated in and contributed to the 3rd Dubrovnik Summer School and the 2nd Dubrovnik Conference-1999, on Health Care Systems Reforms, supported by OSI.
